Rules for private rentals in the Parlor:

• Private events may bring in beer and wine but must provide a Special Event Certificate of Insurance listing the Palisades Hub as the "certificate holder" prior to receiving access. 

• We cannot allow any storage of items on-site or set up prior to your rental start-time.
• Access to the playground is restricted unless previously agreed by Hub staff.
• No confetti, glitter, pinatas, tape or tacks on painted surfaces, tacks on wooden areas or stickers of any kind on the floor or walls. All decorations, balloons, etc. must be removed after the event, along with any tape or string used.
• If the bins are full, trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster, which should be locked before returning the keys to the drop box. If the recycle bins are full, all recyclables must be placed in the blue recycle bin next to the dumpster.
• Any spills should be mopped up and any debris swept from the floor before you leave the premises.
• Clean up should be completed and all attendees and organizers out of the building and off the grounds by 11pm. Before exiting the building all doors should be checked to ensure they are locked and the keys should be left in the black box in the coat room where the round tables are stored (at the bottom of the church's carpeted front stairwell).
