Hub staff and volunteers will do their utmost to assist, particularly for larger events, but the Hub is primarily a "do-it-yourself" venue (which is how we keep things affordable!). You set up, you clean up (i.e., "leave no trace").

There are tables, tablecloths, chairs and a small PA system, projector and screen available for use, as well as free, public wi-fi.

There are three parking spots reserved for renters and lots of free street parking for guests.

We're public transportation accessible.

• A block up from Metro's D94 Gallery Place - Sibley Hospital bus line.

• A 5-10 minute ride from the Tenleytown Metro stop.

We're close to convenience stores stocked with beer, wine, and essentials. And just 10-15 mins away from several large supermarkets (Safeway, Wegmans, Target).

Once a booking has been confirmed by paying the invoice in full it is non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 14 days prior to the event. For any reservation cancelled within 14 days of the event, 100% of the rental fee is forfeited by the renter.
