Pricing: $75/hr (This price includes use of folding tables as well as access to the indoor bathrooms, kitchen, refrigerator and freezer; also allows for moving your event into the Social Hall in case of bad weather.)

Rules for private events on the West Lawn:

Due to DC residential noise ordinances, no loud music (DJ or live bands) are allowed in the outdoor space. Low, ambient music is ok until 10pm. If there is loud music in the Social Hall it must end at 10pm and the exterior doors must remain shut.

Private events may bring in beer and wine but must provide a Special Event Certificate of Insurance listing the Palisades Hub as the "certificate holder" prior to receiving access.
- We cannot allow any storage of items on-site or set up prior to your rental start-time and cannot store any items either inside or outside the building after events.
- Access to the playground is restricted unless previously agreed by Hub staff.
- No fire pits, confetti, glitter or pinatas are allowed on the West Lawn. All decorations, balloons, etc. must be removed after the party and the picnic area and lawn cleared of any debris or trash.
- All trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster, which should be locked before returning the keys to the drop box. All recyclables must be placed in the blue recycle bin.
- Everything must be returned to the location from where it was removed, including all tables, chairs and any kitchen items. The kitchen must be left in the same condition as it was before the party, the ovens off and all pilot lights lit on the stovetop. If any linen tablecloths are used they must be washed, folded and returned within 48 hours.
- Clean up should be completed and all attendees and organizers out of the building and off the grounds by 11:30pm. Before exiting the building all doors should be checked to ensure they are locked and the keys should be left in the black box in the coat room where the round tables are stored.
