The Hub is a "do-it-yourself" venue. You set up, you clean up.

*For larger events, we have a staff member on-site and will need to charge an additional fee.

There are tables and chairs available for use, as well as free Wi-fi.

There are three reserved parking spots available and lots of free street parking.

We're public transportation accessible.

• A block up from the D6 public transportation bus stop.

• A 5-10 minute ride from the Tenleytown Metro stop.

We're close to convenience stores stocked with beer, wine, and essentials. And just 10-15 mins away from several large supermarkets (Safeway, Wegmans, Target).

If reservation is cancelled within 7 days of event, 100% of rental fee is forfeited by renter.
